handling and fabrication of FRP (Composite) parts used in the
Manufacturing and assembly process
- Knowledgeable and skilled in the
Customized Fabrication of Jigs to maintain the consistency and
repeatability of the Manufacturing/ Assembly process of our
products.

that was able to assemble, produce and shipped to our customers at
an average of 52 Aircrafts kits Manufactured/ Assembled per
Month inclusive of Fuselage, Wings, empennage and Flight Control
surfaces that can go at a maximum of 64 Aircraft kits per
Month all models inclusive when required by our customer without any
compromise on its Quality.

Shall be responsible for:
- Ensuring the technical and
quality standards of all tasks performed are in accordance with
customer provided standards specified in the engineering
drawings and plans as per specifications.
- Ensuring tools issued to
production and used are in serviceable condition at all times
and all unserviceable tools are returned/reported/tag to the
tool crib as not to be used/issued on to the production line.
- Ensuring the proper handling of
parts/tools as to prevent accidental damaged to the
aforementioned.
- Ensuring that all pneumatic
supply lines ( hoses-couplings)/ electrical supply
lines(extension-outlets) are maintained in serviceable
condition.
- Ensuring that he/she is aware of
all production information and schedules, and are being followed
and adhered to.

and new employees of personnel under his supervision to develop
their skills and technical knowledge.
