         PROFILE 
     

    I have served in Pakistan Air Force for 16 years in uniform in the capacity of Associate Engineer in Aero Engine Technology. Worked on different Fighter and Transport Aircrafts models as an Engine Technician involved with the inspection, removal, disassembly, testing, servicing, troubleshooting, modification, repair and replacement of modular components and related systems for GTC/APU and T-56 engines. I have an ability to work unassisted in all section of the Engine shop and familiar to teardown, recondition QEC kits, perform  modular replacement of engine compressors / turbine and build-up T-56 engines. I have also knowledge of Aircraft maintenance forms and to maintain the life components records. I fully capable of providing necessary job training to the customer.

Job Title:       Technician in Engine Shop & Test Cell (T-56-A-15 Engine)

Organization:  Pakistan Air Force Base Chaklala. 
 

Responsibilities;

  1. Worked as a Technician/supervisor in Engine shop and Engine Test Cell.
  2. Carried out preliminary inspection of all newly overhauled engines received from Kamra factory.
  3. Performs engine teardown and build-up, to include QES removal and installation, preparation of engine for Test Cell for test.
  4. Performs Engine removal and installation on Test Cell as per technical procedures.
  5. Inspection and all adjustment of Propeller and Propeller Assy before installation on engine for engine functional check at test cell.
  6. Carried out ground running and trouble shooting of newly overhauled, malfunctioned and under investigation engines, Prop Assy on the Test Cell.
  7. Removes and replaces GTC/APU and T-56 engines on the C-130 Aircraft and performs required repairs and functional test.     Carried out Phase inspections of APU & GTC operations,  

    8.  Responsible for conducting Customer training, to include OJT and maintenance of training records for the engine shop.

Job Title: Engine Fitter F6 A/C

Organization:  Pakistan Air Force Base Quetta.

Responsibilities;

  1. Worked in Periodic hanger and carried out all schedule maintenance, A/C occurrences investigations, mini overhauling, trouble shooting, ground running of the A/C for fault rectification during run and detail inspection.
  2. Undertook B&T operations especially during Afghan war in 2001.
  3. Worked on Mush-Shak and Alloutte III helicopter in this tenure.

Organization: Pakistan Air Force Base Peshawar.

Responsibilities:

  1. Held fully responsible for Pre, thru and Post flight inspection of the A/C.
  2. Carried out Refueling, Defiling and schedule comprehensive weekly inspections and line maintenance.
  3. Held responsible for the readiness of the A/C for flying from all trades in all respect.
