I am having teaching experience in overseas for a Government of India Institution
as a faculty for machine shop practice and X-Ray quality welding for both theory
and practical nearly three years. My duties were giving training Hazards, safety and its precautions, give awareness of fire hazards and prevention of fire and fire fighting. Giving class room programmes and conducting evaluation and assessment in
Engineering drawing, engineering maths, engineering science, and trade theory in
Related subjects and giving instructions to operate machines, work layouts,
Using of precision instruments, sequence of operations to be carried out,
Making list of tools required,
instruments required, safety precautions to be taken.
Basically I am a TOOL & DIE MAKER, I have completed my four years full term
National Apprenticeship Certificate course from the Technical Training Institute of
HINDUSTAN AERONAUTICS LIMITED, an Air Craft manufacturing industry
Under defence ministry of Government
of India.
I had one and half years basic training in TTI of HAL where I trained in 6 months
Bench fitting, one month sheet metal work, three months welding work and remain eight months machine shop work like turning, milling, grinding, shaping and planing.
Another two and half years I had In-Plant training in the various divisions and department of HAL. Six months I have trained in Jaguar Air Craft Jig assembly with
British Aerospace Engineers, three months in tool design, three months in tool planing, three months in methods, three months in quality control, three months in heat-treatment, one and half months in work test laboratory of Air craft division.
Six months trained in Aero engines tool room and finally half month for the project
Work in TTI of HAL. HAL working hours
is eight hours/day and six days/week.
Training department was programmed this course in to sixteen quarters. In every quarter two weeks class room programme which contains engineering drawings,
Engineering maths, engineering science, trade theory related to tool & die making.
Every quarter there will be an examination, evaluation and assessment. Final
Examination will be conducted by the Apprenticeship adviser Government of India.
Which is called All India Trade
Test.
Apart from above criteria I have trained in CNC/CAD/CAM
.
CNC : Manual part programming and operations in FANUC and SINUMERIC

4hrs/day x 5days/week x 6weeks = 120hrs.
CAD ; Mechanical Engineering Auto CAD 3D version
Duration of course
3hrs/day x 5days/week x 6weeks = 90hrs.
CAM : Master cam, Knowledge of uni graphics software also
Duration of course
4hrs/day x 5days/week x 6weeks = 120hrs.
More over I am ready to do any course which is required to the selection criteria,
Provided the institution may give a job opportunity, and ready to relocate also.
